5. Client Responsibilities

Complying with all applicable privacy laws and regulations
5.2 Data Controller Obligations
You acknowledge that you remain the data controller for any personal data processed through your use of our Service, and you are responsible for ensuring lawful basis for processing and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dorik, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.3 Client Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google as permitted by their authentication service and your privacy settings. We do not store your Google password.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. For business clients using our CMP services, our Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of consent data.

When you use our Service to collect consent from your website visitors, we store consent records on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller for this information.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Fees and Payment

For lifetime deals, we offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. All other fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by applicable law.

Payment is due according to the billing schedule specified in your service plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11.3 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
